Overview

What it does.

Computer Vision brings perception into the platform. It turns raw imagery and video into structured data your analysts and models can actually use: what is in the frame, what changed, and what needs attention.

Grown out of Cortex, Sophinea's physical-AI lab, Computer Vision is built for inspection, monitoring, and situational awareness. It integrates with Core Analytics for the data layer and Smart Alerts for anomaly response.

Capabilities

Key features.

Object Detection & Classification

Detect and label objects, equipment, and conditions across large image and video sets, with confidence scores you can filter on.

Change & Anomaly Detection

Flag what changed between captures and surface anomalies for review before they become incidents.

Video & Imagery Pipelines

Ingest streams and archives, from fixed cameras to overhead and satellite imagery, on a repeatable, auditable pipeline.

Edge & On-Prem Inference

Run models where the data lives, including air-gapped and edge environments, with no external dependencies.

Geospatial Context

Tie detections to location and time for mapping, monitoring, and remote-sensing workflows. Integrates with Spatial Data.

Human-in-the-Loop Review

Route low-confidence detections to reviewers and feed corrections back into the models over time.
